Tessa's story

After years of pushing my body to fit a certain size, restricting food, and overtraining, I reached a point where I was done feeling exhausted and disconnected from myself. It wasn’t until I threw the rule book away, started listening to my body, and gave myself grace and respect that I began to feel truly at home in my body and mind.


Over the last 10 years as a trainer, I’ve seen how common this experience is, and how transformative it can be when we shift the focus from control to connection.


My perspective deepened even further through my work as a birth doula, where I spent years supporting and educating women on their bodies’ inherent wisdom and strength. Those same principles now shape how I approach fitness.


As a coach, my goal is simple: to help you connect with your body, tap into your strength, and build habits that support your well-being so you feel strong, capable, and fully yourself.


After a decade in this work, I feel like I’m just getting started.
