    You don't need a full gym to get the most out of this program. All you need:


    A set of light, medium and heavy weights

    A booty band

    A mat.

    We're going to keep it simple here 😉 



  • ❓ What level is this program for?

    This is an intermediate-level program for anyone looking to train smarter, understand their body's rhythms and build lasting strength through intuitive training. 

  • 🍲 Is there a meal plan included?

    Not a "meal plan" but a Cycle Syncing Nutrition Guide, which helps you learn how to fuel your body for each phase of your cycle. 


    It’s not about counting, restricting, or following rigid rules, it’s about understanding what your body needs and how to support your energy, recovery, and hormones naturally.

  • 🩸 Do I need to wait for my period to start?

    Nope! You can start based on where you currently are in your cycle, or begin on the first day of your period to follow the program from the beginning.



  • 🗓️ How long is the program?

    The program includes 4 weeks of workouts, designed to be repeated 3 times for a full 3-month experience. This repetition allows you to really get in tune with your body and your cycle while building strength and consistency.



  • ❌ I don’t menstruate / my cycle is irregular. Can I still do this?

    Yes! While this program is designed around the female hormonal cycle, the true magic is found in the practice of listening to your body. Every class is taught with cues to help you tune into your energy, strength, and recovery needs.


    Through the workouts, you’ll learn how to recognize your body’s signals, adjust intensity, and move intuitively, skills you can use whether or not you have a regular cycle. The program teaches you a method, not just a schedule, so you can build a deeper connection with your body and apply these principles to any workout or fitness plan.
