🏋🏽♀️ Do I need a gym or equipment?
I work with what you got!
Most clients who choose to train at-home usually start with the essentials:
- A set of light, medium and heavy weights
- A yoga mat
Based on your assessment and how you progress, I will make recommendations on equipment you might want, like:
- Booty Bands
- Resistance Bands
- Bench/Chair
📲 Is this virtual or in person?
It's 100% virtual, through live Zoom sessions. You can train from your living room, garage, office, wherever you feel comfortable!
🕰️ How long is the commitment?
For the best results I recommend a minimum of 3 months committment. Real, lasting change takes time and consistency.
- Both the 1:1 Personal Training and Hybrid Coaching packages start at a 3 month commitment.
- Personal Coaching sessions are à la carte...no commitment required. Book as you need them. 💙
🤕 What if I have injuries or limitations?
Honestly? You would benefit greatly from 1:1 attention.
Working around limitations and injuries is a big part of what I do as a coach. My job is to meet you where you are, keep you moving safely, and help you build strength without setbacks.
We'll talk through everything in your starter assessment and your plan will be fully customized to support your healing, reduce pain, and get you progressing at a pace that feels right for your body.
🗓️ What if I have a busy or unpredictable schedule?
Girl, I get it. Life is full.
That’s why I design your workouts and coaching around your real schedule, not some fantasy routine that looks good on paper.
We’ll talk through your availability and make sure live sessions actually work for both of us.
You can either lock in a consistent weekly time that’s yours, or book each session week-to-week ...whatever works best for you!
