  • 🏋🏽‍♀️ What equipment do I need?

    All Tessa's programs are at-home workouts, so you'll need just a few basic items:


    • Light, Medium & Heavy Weights: These will help you build strength at a pace that feels right for you. For example: a set of 5s & 10s and 15s.
    • A Mat: For comfort and support during floor exercises. 
    • A Sturdy Chair/Bench: This is totally optional.
    • A resistance loop: This is totally optional too, for those who want more glute activation!

    No fancy gym equipment required.



  • 📈 What fitness level is this program for?

    This program is perfect for the Intermediate Level looking to take it to the next level!  




  • 🧍🏽‍♀️ Do I need to show-up to live workouts?

    No, you don’t need to show up for live workouts! All workouts are pre-recorded, allowing you to fit them into your schedule whenever it’s convenient AND repeat them whenever you like.



  • ⌚️ How long are the workouts?

    Your 3 main classes range between 50-60 minutes.


    The bonus classes range between 20-35 minutes. 



  • 😣 What if I miss a day?

    Life happens! This challenge is all about consistency, not perfection. Just pick up where you left off. The program is flexible and designed to work with your lifestyle.



  • 🧘🏽‍♀️ What kind of workouts are they?

    It’s a mix of Strength Training and High Intensity Interval training. We'll also flow through some pilates inspired movements and recovery yoga flows.
