All Lazy Girl programs are at-home workouts, so you'll need just a few basic items:
- Light and Medium Weights: These will help you build strength at a pace that feels right for you.
- A Mat: For comfort and support during floor exercises.
- A Sturdy Chair or Bench: This one is optional, but useful for true beginners.
These essentials make it easy to follow along, whether you’re moving through a home workout or on the go!
📈 What fitness level is this program for?
This program is beginner-friendly, postpartum-friendly, and perfect for those who haven’t exercised in a while!
Lazy Girl is designed to meet you where you are, gradually building your strength and confidence as you progress through each step.
❤️🩹 Is this program suitable if I have injuries or physical limitations?
Yes! Many of the exercises can be modified to suit your needs. If you have any specific concerns, you gain trainer support when you join the Lazy Girl community so you can always reach out for personalized guidance.
🧍🏽♀️ Do I need to show-up to live workouts?
No, you don’t need to show up for live workouts! All Lazy Girl workouts are pre-recorded, allowing you to fit them into your schedule whenever it’s convenient AND repeat them whenever you like.
Q. Will all the workouts be 'lazy girl' style?
Yes and no! Every class is Lazy Girl Style but each program is designed to start with slower-paced workouts to help you build a foundation and connect with your body.
As you progress and build strength, the workouts will gradually become more challenging, allowing you to grow from 'lazy' to living strong and feeling ready for more!
The goal is to help you evolve and feel confident in your movement over the 6 weeks.
