Hi Tessa, this was a brilliant start to a challenge. I’m not the best at keeping to a full workout. But I love how you checked in after each set, reminding us to go at our own pace. Love these 10 minute short burners in between the 20 minute sessions. A great strat for not missing a day. I feel myself wanting a longer workout after this! Great motivation to keep the movement going!

A little bit about your trainer...
As someone who has been active their entire life, I understand the struggle of not feeling happy with your body. For a long time, I spent hours upon hours in the gym, obsessed with burning calories and completely ignoring how exhausted and undernourished I felt.
I subscribed to diet culture, starving my way through my 20’s hoping to achieve the standard of beauty at that time. While I experienced brief moments of “success” on the outside, I felt completely fatigued on the inside.
However, five years ago I made a shift in my mindset. Instead of focusing on a specific physical appearance, I began to focus on how I wanted to feel: strong, energetic, flexible, controlled, and powerful. This shift changed everything.
I began to experience what it truly means to live a healthy life, and realized that this is where real change happens.
My method of living a healthy lifestyle is not about restriction or deprivation. Instead, it's about finding joy in movement, nourishing the body well, listening to the body's needs and giving it what it needs to feel its best.
I've learned that true health and happiness comes from within, and my hope is to inspire others to make the same shift towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.

⏱️ How long are Lazy Girl workouts?
The Lazy Girl workouts range from 10 to 30 minutes, making them easy to fit into any schedule.
🏋🏽♀️ What equipment do I need?
You'll need just a few basic items:
Light and Medium Weights: These will help you build strength at a pace that feels right for you.
A Mat: For comfort and support during floor exercises.
Don't have access to equipment? No problem. It's time to get creative and utilize some common household items (water bottles, food cans, wine bottles, etc) and get to moving.
❌ What if I miss a day?
No problem.
Just pick up where you left off. You have 14 days of access, so you have the freedom to make it what you need it to be.
And remember, this challenge is about consistency, not perfection.

You’ll get a mix of low-impact strength and toning workouts that target your whole body.
3 total body classes, a glute focused class, 2 core focused classes, and a stretch class.
Here, every move is intentional, joint-friendly, and designed to help you feel good without burnout.
